Fredericktown, MO, July 12, 2018 – Cap America, Inc. has named Christen Siebert as its new Assistant Accounting Manager. In this position she will coordinate various duties for the department including invoicing, collections, payables, and reporting.
Siebert completed her internship with Cap America in May of 2018. The company recognized her abilities and quickly put forth an offer to join the team. She demonstrates not only talent in her field but also a genuine effort of cooperation that has had a positive impact on the department.
Siebert graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta. She resides in Cape Girardeau where she attended Notre Dame High School and enjoys spending time with her family. She looks forward to exploring some of the many charming attractions that the Southeast Missouri region offers.
Siebert will be reporting to Jeni Pierce, Finance Manager of the organization. “Christen will be a great addition to the finance team. She brings a skillset and level of knowledge that will complement our current team. We are excited to have her on board with us,” states Pierce.

Fredericktown, MO, June 18, 2018 – Cap America, Inc. congratulates Liz Capone on her promotion to Director of Customer Relations. Capone’s aptitude and contributions have been invaluable over her years of service with the company.
Capone joined the team at Cap America in 2001 and quickly advanced to the role of Customer Service Manager. Her 17 years of industry experience in customer-focused solutions made her a natural fit for the current promotion.
As Director of Customer Relations, Capone will oversee all aspects of the company’s policies, objectives and initiatives including monitoring client/company interactions, developing service level standards, response times, and issue resolutions.
Capone will be reporting to Mark Gammon, President and COO of the organization. “Liz embodies so many of the wonderful traits of our company. Her innovative thinking and vision will continue to enhance the strategic directions, growth, and profitability of Cap America,” said Gammon.

Cap America, Inc. congratulates Cory Cissell on his promotion to National Sales Manager. Cory joined Cap America in 2012 as Business Development Manager, and since joining the team has already made an impact while developing very important customer relationships.
Cissell will be reporting to VP of Sales, Mark Gammon who comments, “Cory has demonstrated an immense dedication to our success in the last year. This is a well deserved achievement.
Continuing to utilize his sales expertise, his duties will include, conducting product training, key account management and rep force support.

Cap America, Inc. welcomes Grace Richards to the position of Director of Sales. In this role Richards will administer sales team leadership and training, contribute in product selection, represent the organization at annual tradeshows, as well as general management responsibilities.
Richards is an industry veteran with over 12 years of experience in promotional products. She earned her BS degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Mass Communication. Her previous success of nationwide sales rep management, budget forecasting, and inventory projections will serve her well as she takes on this new position.

Cap America announced today changes to its management structure to support its strategic growth plan. Mark Gammon has been selected to assume the role of President and Chief Operating Officer effective immediately.
Gammon joined the organization in 2015 as Vice President of Sales and has played an active role in helping guide the company’s strategic plan over the past 2 years.
