Cap America promotes Capone to Director of Customer Relations

Fredericktown, MO, June 18, 2018 – Cap America, Inc. congratulates Liz Capone on her promotion to Director of Customer Relations. Capone’s aptitude and contributions have been invaluable over her years of service with the company. Capone joined the team at Cap America in 2001 and quickly advanced to the role of Customer Service Manager.  Her 17 years of industry experience in customer-focused solutions made her a natural fit for the current promotion. As Director of Customer Relations, Capone will oversee all aspects of the company’s policies, objectives and initiatives including monitoring client/company interactions, developing service level standards, response times, and issue resolutions. Capone will be reporting to Mark Gammon, President and COO of the organization.  “Liz embodies so many of the wonderful traits of our company.  Her innovative thinking and vision will continue to enhance the strategic directions, growth, and profitability of Cap America,” said Gammon.
