Shift hours include: Office Hours (8am-4:30pm), Plant Hours (7am-3:30pm), Embroidery A Shift (6am-6pm), and Embroidery B Shift (6pm-6am).
Cap America was founded in 1985 in the small community of Fredericktown, MO. This small town and the people in it undoubtedly helped Cap America grow into the successful business it is today and so we strive to be active participants in this community and give back to those who have supported us all these years.
The Madison County Salvation Army provides assistance to the homeless, the hungry, at-risk youth, veterans, seniors and anyone else who knocks on its door and asks for help. CEO Phil Page is a member of the local Salvation Army Board. All donations will directly benefit Madison County families as 85% of everything that is raised actually stays in our county.
At Cap America, we strive to relieve some of the struggle families encounter during the holiday season. In 2017 alone, Cap America employees provided gifts for 45 children from the community.
Community Outreach Coordinator Maria Weekley serves as a member of the Madison County Caring Council. The Caring Council is a network of individuals from various companies and agencies that are working together to help meet the needs of individuals in the community.
HR Director, Sarah Burgin is a member of the Workforce Development Board (WDB). The WDB strives to provide job seekers with gainful employment and allow them to become self-sufficient individuals. They also seek to provide businesses with a skilled, trained workforce to compete successfully in the global economy.
Phil Page, CEO serves as President of the Board for the Fredericktown Educational Foundation. The Fredericktown Educational Foundation is a non-profit corporation that assists the Fredericktown R-1 school district with providing state-of-the-art educational environments for students.
Cap America supports higher education for those that wish to pursue it. The Cap America College Assistance Program (C.A.P) provides financial assistance to employees that wish to return to school and children of employees that are just beginning their college careers. Cap America offers a tuition reimbursement program, which is available to any full-time employee that wishes to obtain an undergraduate degree.
Cap America also provides an opportunity for the dependents of our employees to obtain a scholarship to help further their academic careers. The Phillip and Mary Page – Cap America Jubilee Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a student from Fredericktown, Marquand-Zion, Arcadia Valley, or Meadow Heights High School who demonstrates financial need and has a minimum GPA of 3.25 and plans to attend UMSL.
Other organizations include The Southeast Missouri Family Violence Council, Madison County Feed the Families, Fredericktown Police Department, Madison County Buddy Ball League, Madison County Health Department, and Children's Advocacy Center of East Central Missouri.
